As new Ranges turn more and more to computer-controlled functions, the things you can do to simply troubleshooting are minimum, but if your range is not working properly:
• Check the outlet has power (reset it if needed)
• Check for a tripped breaker
• If your range is electric with coil burners make sure they are inserted correctly into the connectors
• If the oven is not heating correctly check door is closing all the way and not letting heat escape
• Check door gasket is in good condition
ATTENTION: If you own a gas range and smell gas when range is not in use please call PG&E
