One of the hardest working appliances in your home as it handles heavy wet clothes at high speeds.
• Check the washer is plugged in
• Test the outlet, reset it if necessary
• Is the breaker tripped
• Newer washers are equipped with delay start function, check if this option has not been selected
• Most top load washers require the drain hose to be set upright, a drain hose laying flat on the floor may cause the washer to never fill and never start the cycle
• If you see water on the floor make sure water hoses are tight at the faucet and at the washer as well
• Washer not filling or not washing/rinsing with the correct temperature selected, check water hoses are connected to the correct hot and cold faucets and the faucets are open
