They got me scheduled right away, the tech Danny was on time, professional and efficient. He took time to explain multiple things and got everything fixed. Cost was very reasonable. Located the problem on my oven and tested his theory to confirm that was in fact the issue. Once he confirmed, we then discussed the issue and cost to fix it. It was a very reasonable price and took him a matter of minutes to fix the problem. This was a next day appt and their prices are very fair and cheaper than most. He waited until the oven reached its desired temp to make sure things were working properly. While doing so he went over the receipt and problem with me and then I signed. He didn’t accept payment until he was sure the job was in fact finished. And then he showed me exactly what was wrong and the safety hazards this could have caused. I have had several appliances repaired over the years, and the wait time is sometimes a month. I waited 2 days. We needed the washer and the stove to be looked at. Daniel came out, and fixed the stove in one minute - no charge. He looked at the washer, isolated the problem in minutes, and gave us an estimate. We elected to have it fixed for less than half the cost of a new one. The unit is 7 years old, and he said everything else is in good conditon. Daniel was very knowledgeable, and pleasant. I had a different appliance repair companies come 45 days ago. Switch out expensive parts and the machine still did not work correctly. When North Bay Appliance Repair showed up.
